2017 will be our 7th annual ride to Paris from Oxshott
BOOK NOW and you can get 2016 price ( offer to end November 2016 – secure place and price with £200 deposit ).
The number for 2017 will be limited to 60 riders as we are expecting a couple of charities and corporates to join us who didn’t get around to it this year.
The route will be the same as 2014,15 and 16 via Portsmouth and ferry to Caen. Up the coast through Deauville and Honfleur and across country to Rouen. Third day is via Giverny and Monet’s garden into Paris. Distances/elevation are the same –

I have categorised the climbs which are between 1km and 4km long and vary in gradient with one ramp of 18% on the Butte de Houlgate and we will have a KOM and a QOM . Please note – the categories are in relation to the event and not equivalent to those on le Tour so don’t fret.
All the routes are available to see on ridewithgps.com via the links above and both TCX and GPX files are emailed out to riders for those that have Garmins.
Turn by turn cue sheets are also available.
Riders are grouped according to average speed into approximately 8-15’s and each group has a rider who has previously ridden to Paris with us and at least two Garmins. There are also ride captains leading each group riding out on the road.
The support vehicles shadow the riders – one with each group.
There are several advice and support emails counting down the days to the trip including info on weather, clothing, equipment etc.
There are free training rides every Sunday from Oxshott throughout the year and we have a schedule of indoor cycling training classes at Oxshott and Teddington – info at www.rideptc.com
Info on other tours in the year such as The Etape, Stelvio, Ventoux, Pyrenees, Milan to San Remo, and Salzburg to Munich for the beer festival, will be available on www.48ptc.com and on request.
We are finishing on Saturday 23rd in the centre of Paris at The Arc de Triumph/Champs Elysees and then onto the hotel in Montparnasse via Place de la Concorde and Eiffel Tower.
We will watch the tour finish again on the Sunday 23rd and those that want to can join us and ride around Paris on the Sunday and ride part of the final stage.
We intend to grab the corner close to where we came out of the metro early with views of the finish, screen and podium near the photo above.
Bikes and bags will be returned in the vans via Eurotunnel again and riders will come back eurostar Monday afternoon and collect bikes and bags in Oxshott.
We will leave at 0600/0700 again on the Thursday and get the afternoon ferry to Caen. We plan to stop at Roko again which is 2km from the terminal where we can shower, change and there will be a buffet and you can also order lunch if you prefer.
