Using projected Sufferfest video footage of actual cycle race routes with a phenomenal soundtrack our accomplished and experienced cyclists take you through a structured interval training workout. In any given session you may be time-trialling with Bradley Wiggins, facing the cobbles of the Paris Roubaix route or racing to the top of an iconic climb in the Alps or Pyrenees.

What To Bring:
  • HEART RATE MONITOR (optional): We recommend Polar Heart rate H7 blue tooth monitors to use with Polar Iphone app. Standard heart rate monitor or Garmin can also be used.
  • PEDALS& CLEATS (optional): Your own pedals can be fixed to our bikes if you’d prefer that to trainers and straps.
  • WATER BOTTLE & SWEAT TOWEL
  • PADDED SHORTS (optional).
