Ladies Bootcamp


Always outdoors. Mondays & Fridays are a mixture of circuits, shuttles and HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength and conditioning and mat work. On Wednesdays we take to the road and head for the surrounding countryside for trail runs and hill training. Put your training to the test with the frequently planned (optional) activity outings and events.
