Today’s 20min workout focuses on core & abs.

As before, there are 2 separate videos – so be prepared to switch halfway.

Today’s 20 minutes is broken up in to 4 x 4min work followed by 1min recovery.

  5. 1min Recovery
  6. Goose Step Kicks
  7. Plank Twist & Dip
  8. Goose Step Kicks
  9. Hip Tilt & Swivel
  10. 1min Recovery

  2. Deadbug
  3. Squat Thrust & Superman
  4. Bicycle
  5. 1min Recovery
  6. Mermaid – Left Side
  7. Hip Raises

  9. Plank Hold
  10. 1min Recovery

FOR A HIGHER INTENSITY:
* Variations on each exercise shown in the video.
* Increase the pace to double time.
* Include resistance bands or dumbbells where appropriate.
* Repeat the 20min circuit for a second time.
* Go for a run/swim/cycle/row afterwards.
